Corn Dog Muffins

Do you enjoy corn dogs? Well, here they are in muffin form!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 (8.5 ounce) packages cornbread mix

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

  • 9 hot dogs

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Lightly grease muffin tins

  3. In large bowl, combine cornbread mix and brown sugar

  4. Mix

  5. In small bowl, whisk eggs and milk until smooth

  6. Fold eggs and cheese into dry mixture until moistened

  7. Pour mixture into muffin tins (2/3 full)

  8. Cut hotdogs in 1/4

  9. Drop 2-3 hotdogs in each muffin

  10. Bake for 14-18 minutes, or until golden brown

  11. Allow to cool

**Be careful with the ingredients used. Always double check the ingredient labels of your products, as you will find that some brands do not make these ingredients free of nut exposure.
