Crispy Sugar Cookies

Give these spectacular, crispy sugar cookies a chance! I know you'll love them!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup butter (softened)

  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder

  3. Set aside

  4. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth

  5. Add egg and vanilla

  6. Beat

  7. Gradually blend flour mixture

  8. Drop teaspoon balls about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet(s)

  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown

  10. Allow to cool for 2 minutes

  11. Transfer to cooling rack(s) and cool completely

**Be careful with the ingredients used. Always double check the ingredient labels of your products, as you will find that some brands do not make these ingredients free of nut exposure.
