Trail Mix
Are you having trouble with ideas for after school or pool snacks? Try this tasty trail mix! It takes less than ten minutes!
INGREDIENTS: (this is a fruit-based trail mix. Switch the fruits to 1/4 cup and grains to 3/4 cup for a grain-based trail mix.)
3/4 cup cranberries
3/4 cup banana chips
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup chocolate chips/chunks
3/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup broken pretzel sticks
1/4 cup multigrain cheerios
HOW TO MAKE:
Combine all ingredients into large bowl
Mix
**Be careful with the ingredients used. Always double check the ingredient labels of your products, as you will find that some brands do not make these ingredients free of nut exposure.
