Corn Muffins

After one of these scumptious corn muffins, you'll never stop baking them! Don't believe me? Try one!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup cornmeal

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/3 cup white sugar

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup canola oil

  • 1 cup milk

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Grease muffin pan or lined muffin cups

  3. In large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt

  4. Mix

  5. Add egg, canola oil, and milk

  6. Gently stir

  7. Pour into lined cups or tins

  8. Bake for 15-20, or until toothpick comes out CLEAN

  9. Allow to cool in tins

**Be careful with the ingredients used. Always double check the ingredient labels of your products, as you will find that some brands do not make these ingredients free of nut exposure.
