Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Get ready for some outstanding oatmeal raisin cookies!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup butter (softened)
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cups rolled oats
HOW TO MAKE:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until chunky
Add eggs and vanilla
Beat until smooth
In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt
Stir
Pour into butter mixture
Beat
Add oats and raisins
Stir
Drop heaping teaspoon balls about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet(s)
Bake for 8-12 minutes, OR until golden brown
Allow to slightly cool
Transfer to cooling rack(s)
Allow to cool completely
