Fruit Milkshake

Not only is this fantastic fruit milkshake tasty, but it is enriched with calcium and vitamins! Nothing's better than tasty nutrition!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup yogurt/ice cream

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar

  • 2 cups fruit

  • 1 teaspoon milk

OPTIONAL:

  • 1/4 cup fruit juice

  • 1 banana (best fruit to add creamy texture)

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Combine all ingredients into blender

  2. Blend to desired texture

**Be careful with the ingredients used. Always double check the ingredient labels of your products, as you will find that some brands do not make these ingredients free of nut exposure.
