Fruit Milkshake
Not only is this fantastic fruit milkshake tasty, but it is enriched with calcium and vitamins! Nothing's better than tasty nutrition!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup yogurt/ice cream
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
2 cups fruit
1 teaspoon milk
OPTIONAL:
1/4 cup fruit juice
1 banana (best fruit to add creamy texture)
HOW TO MAKE:
Combine all ingredients into blender
Blend to desired texture
