Pumpkin Pie

Send your taste buds to a new level with this phenomenal pumpkin pie!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can pumpkin

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (the name is deceiving; this is NOT a nut!)

  • 1 9 inch unbaked pie crust

OPTIONAL:

  • Whipped cream/cool whip

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt

  3. Whisk until smooth

  4. Pour into crust

  5. Bake 15 minutes

  6. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes

  8. Allow to cool

9. Cut into desired shapes

OPTIONAL:

  1. When serving, top each slice with tablespoon drops of whipped cream/cool whip

**Be careful with the ingredients used. Always double check the ingredient labels of your products, as you will find that some brands do not make these ingredients free of nut exposure.
