Alternative Peanut Butter Cookies

Do you need a peanut butter cookie alternative? Try these!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup soy/wow/sun butter
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
HOW TO MAKE:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Grease cookie sheet(s)
Beat butter until creamy
Add sugar
Beat for 2 minutes
Add soy/wow/sun butter, baking soda, baking powder, salt, egg, and flour
Mix
Rap dough in plastic rap
Place in refrigerator for 3 hours
Drop teaspoon balls on cookie sheets
Flatten with fork diagonally to left and right
Bake for about 9-10 minutes, or until light brown
Allow to cool on cooling rack
**Be careful with the ingredients used. Always double check the ingredient labels of your products, as you will find that some brands do not make these ingredients free of nut exposure.
